Users agree to use the website lawfully and not interfere with its operation, security or availability.
The website content is provided for information and course presentation purposes. Specific training obligations are confirmed during enrolment and by the applicable training documentation.
Course information
Course descriptions, prices, LMS information and availability may be updated by AVIATOR Flight School through the administration panel.
Online theoretical knowledge training may require eligibility review, documentation checks and confirmation by the school before access to the LMS is granted.
Accounts
Users are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for providing accurate profile and registration information.
The school may restrict account access if misuse, incorrect data or security concerns are detected.
Payments
If online payments are enabled, the selected payment provider will handle card or wallet payment processing. Payment confirmation does not replace mandatory training eligibility verification where required.
Final invoices, tax treatment and payment provider terms should be confirmed before production launch.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, course descriptions, images and interface elements may not be copied or reused without permission, except where permitted by law.
External course materials and LMS resources remain subject to their respective provider terms.
